The ISCOM Awards are open to individuals and organizations that have significantly contributed to the esports industry through innovation, leadership, or impactful initiatives. There is no restriction on the number of nominations an individual can submit. Upon successful nomination, each applicant will receive a questionnaire to be completed and submitted along with supporting documentation.

All nominations must be submitted on or before 25th January 2025. Late entries will not be accepted. Submissions are to be made exclusively through the online portal provided on the official ISCOM website.

The nominee is solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of all submitted content and documents.

All submitted information will remain confidential and will only be shared with the judging panel through secure access for evaluation purposes.

Each award nomination requires a fee of INR 15,000 + GST per category. IFES members are entitled to submit up to three categories free of charge.

All decisions made by the panel of judges are final and non-negotiable. Awards will be granted solely at the discretion of the judging committee.

The International Federation of Esports (IFES) reserves the right to modify the dates, venues, or time of the summit under unforeseen circumstances or by decision of the organizing committee. In case of event postponement (announced at least 30 days prior), no refunds will be provided for booth bookings, sponsorships, delegates passes, or award entries. However, in the event of a full cancellation, all payments will be refunded. All registrations will remain valid for the rescheduled event.
